Karin Westerlund
Make up artist
Editorial | Advertising & Films | Fashion Shows | Bio |
Curiosity has always driven Karin Westerlund, finding inspiration in exhibitions, travel, popular culture and also nightlife leads her to often come up with new ideas and creative suggestions for editorial work.
She doesn’t shy away from the experimental, and likes to try out new colours, materials and textures. In this way, she is decidedly contemporary and fashion-forward in her way of working.

Regardless of what kind of work she is doing, she considers the best base to be the impression of perfect skin, which is also why her style is defined by her expertise in enhancing one’s natural qualities.

Karin grew up in Stockholm and is now based in Paris since 2007, where she started her career in the teams of Aaron de Mey and Peter Philips with whom she worked until 2015.
